We aim to acknowledge all requests within 4 business hours and provide a substantive response within 1–2 business days. Complex procurement requests or quotes requiring vendor coordination may take 3–5 business days. Urgent requests can be flagged as such and will be prioritized accordingly.

Payment terms are agreed upon on a per-project basis. We typically issue invoices with Net 15 or Net 30 terms for established clients. For new clients or larger orders, advance payment or milestone-based payments may apply. All invoices include full details of products/services provided and can be formatted to meet your organizational requirements.
Yes, we work with both local and international suppliers to source products and equipment. We handle vendor coordination, logistics considerations, and can advise on import requirements. Delivery timelines for international orders will depend on product availability and shipping logistics.
